1. Pay club dues
2. Must be a current NHS student in grades 10-12
3. Maintain a clean discipline record (no suspensions)
4. Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher
5. Complete at least 6 hours of community service each month (turn in documentation at monthly meetings)
6. Attend monthly meetings (first Wednesday of every month in the NHS Library from 8:00am- 8:20)
*Key Club membership fee is $30 (this covers cost of Key Club International and district dues, Club T-shirt, and Teacher Appreciation Breakfast). The fee is non-refundable.
*Starting August 11, 2016, Members can pay their dues online:

Membership Service Awards (to be recognized at the end of year banquet):
Bronze Award = awarded to members that complete between 50-74 service hours for the year
Silver Award = awarded to members that complete between 75-99 service hours for the year
Gold Award = awarded to members that complete between 100-149 service hours for the year
Platinum Award = awarded to members that complete between 150 or more service hours for the year
Silver Award = awarded to members that complete between 75-99 service hours for the year
Gold Award = awarded to members that complete between 100-149 service hours for the year
Platinum Award = awarded to members that complete between 150 or more service hours for the year
NHS Freshmen Buddy Key Club:
9th grade students can not officially join Key Club International but they can apply for the Freshmen Buddy Key Club!
**This is a Key Club for 9th Graders Only!**
1. Submit an application to one of the club's sponsors: Mrs. Jackson or Mr. Aker
2. Pay $15 Club Fee to cover cost of Club shirt
3. Complete at least 3 hours of community service each month
4. Attend monthly club meetings
5. You may attend all NHS Key Club social events and service projects (except for specific Key Club International Sanctioned events such as: District and International Conventions because you have not paid Key Club International Dues)
6. If you need help with homework, contacting a Key Club member in 10th-12th is a great resource
7. Do your best this year to keep your grades up, maintain a clean discipline record, commit to helping others through service, and become an official Key Club International member your sophomore year
